About these terms
These terms apply to services provided by DR69EEM LTD (company number 15272927). By requesting an estimate or booking work with us, you agree to them.
Estimates and pricing
Figures produced by the online estimator are approximate and are provided to help you plan. They are based on the information you supply about volume, distance, access and services requested.
A price becomes binding only once we have confirmed it with you in writing. Where the work on the day differs materially from what was described, the price may need to be adjusted, and we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.
Bookings and cancellation
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the date, the scope of work and the price in writing. If you need to cancel or move your date, contact us as early as possible so we can rearrange.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving accurate information about the property, the inventory and access at both addresses, for arranging any parking permissions or suspensions required, and for ensuring someone with authority is present at collection and delivery.
Please tell us in advance about items of unusual value, fragility or weight so they can be planned for correctly.
Items we cannot move
We do not transport hazardous or illegal goods, flammable liquids, or perishable items likely to spoil in transit. Please arrange alternative handling for jewellery, cash, medication, passports and similar items you would prefer to keep with you.
Insurance and liability
Our removals work is carried out under insurance cover. Cover details, limits and any exclusions are confirmed to you in writing on request and before your move.
We are not liable for damage to items packed by you where the packing was inadequate, for pre-existing defects, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed in writing when your booking is agreed. Any additional services requested on the day are charged in addition to the confirmed price.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
